Deliveries
Section titled “Deliveries”The Deliveries page shows every file delivery made through your account.
Delivery statuses
Section titled “Delivery statuses”| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Approved | Delivery processed successfully, download link sent. |
| Downloaded | Customer has downloaded at least one file. |
| Pending Review | Flagged by fraud detection — requires manual review. |
| Blocked | Automatically blocked due to high fraud score. |
| Expired | Download link has expired without all files being downloaded. |
| Revoked | Download link was manually revoked by you. |
Searching and filtering
Section titled “Searching and filtering”- Search by customer email.
- Filter by status, download bundle, or date range.
- Sort by created date or status.
Delivery details
Section titled “Delivery details”Click on any delivery to see the full details:
- Customer — name and email.
- Bundle — which download bundle was delivered.
- Fraud score — if applicable, the score (0-100) and what triggered it.
- Download tokens — each token shows:
- Expiry date
- Max downloads allowed and used
- Max unique IPs allowed and used
- Every individual download: IP address, file downloaded, timestamp, user agent
- Event log — status changes with timestamps.
Delivery actions
Section titled “Delivery actions”From the delivery detail panel, you can:

| Approve | Approve a pending delivery (sends the download link). |
| Block | Block a delivery to prevent downloads. |
| Resend | Trigger the delivery again (new download link). |
| Extend | Add more time before the download link expires. |
| Revoke | Invalidate the download link immediately. |
| Reset Downloads | Reset the download count back to zero. |
Fraud protection
Section titled “Fraud protection”Alva automatically scores every delivery for fraud (0-100):
- 0-30 — Low risk, automatically approved.
- 31-60 — Medium risk, marked as “Pending Review” for your manual approval.
- 61-100 — High risk, automatically blocked.
What triggers fraud flags
Section titled “What triggers fraud flags”- Velocity checks — too many requests from the same email or IP in a short period.
- Disposable email — the customer email uses a known disposable email provider.
- Bot signals — missing or suspicious User-Agent or Accept headers.
- Burst activity — multiple different bundles requested within 60 seconds.
You can approve or block any flagged delivery from the delivery detail panel.
Analytics
Section titled “Analytics”The Analytics page gives you an overview of your delivery and download activity.
Time periods
Section titled “Time periods”View analytics for:
- Last 30 days (default)
- Last 60 days
- Last 90 days
- All time
Key metrics
Section titled “Key metrics”- Deliveries — total deliveries in the period, with trend vs. previous period.
- Downloads — total file downloads, with trend.
- Unique Customers — new customers this period, with trend.
- Success Rate — percentage of deliveries where at least one file was downloaded.
Charts
Section titled “Charts”- Deliveries & Downloads Trend — daily counts over the selected period.
- Top Download Bundles — a table showing which bundles get the most deliveries and downloads, with conversion rates.
Usage metrics
Section titled “Usage metrics”The analytics page also shows your current plan usage:
- Storage — how much of your storage allocation is used.
- Deliveries — this month’s delivery count vs. your monthly limit.
- Bandwidth — data transferred vs. your monthly allocation.
Dashboard overview
Section titled “Dashboard overview”The main Dashboard page shows a quick summary:
- Deliveries in the last 30 days with trend indicator.
- Total downloads (all time).
- Unique customers this month.
- Storage usage bar.
- Recent deliveries table (last 10).
- 90-day delivery trend chart.
